Tijana Popivoda

Tijana is our Lush Staff Judge for 2024.

She currently works as an Ethical Policy Coordinator within the Lush’s EU Buying teams (Croatia and Germany). She is also a member of the global Supply Chain Impact team at Lush.

Her main responsibility is to ensure that all suppliers comply with Lush’s Non-Animal Testing policy, as well as with other ethical buying policies.

She has a 23-year long history of working in non-governmental organizations in Serbia and Croatia and has been part of and led various activist initiatives in the areas of animal rights, women’s and lesbian rights, and peace activism.

Before Lush, she was a part of the most influential Croatian organization for animal rights (Animal Friends Croatia).

Ellen Fritsche

Ellen is Professor of Environmental Toxicology at the Heinrich-Heine-University of Düsseldorf, Germany and holds a Guest Professorship at the Zhejiang Chinese Medical University in Hangzhou, China.
Kamel Mansouri

Kamel is a computational chemist who obtained his PhD in computational chemistry from the University of Milano Bicocca, Italy, as a Marie Curie fellow (eco-itn).
Kasturi Mahadik

Dr Kasturi Mahadik is a scientist and science communicator. She leads the Centre for Predictive Human Model Systems, a premier science and policy centre that advocates for human-relevant research in India.
