Cameron Stacey

Cameron Stacey MRes, has been selected as the Lush Staff Judge for 2026.

He works in Lush’s Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) team, supporting the democratically elected EBT Reps and helping colleagues across the business understand employee ownership, uphold Lush’s ethics, and ensure staff voice is meaningfully heard.

Before joining Lush, Cameron worked in cognitive neuroscience research, applying human fMRI methods to explore the cognitive impacts of cold water immersion as well as in understanding cognitive biases involved in food choice.

Cameron is passionate about rigorous, human-relevant research and open access to literature. As a Lush Prize Staff Judge, Cameron brings a staff-centred perspective to recognising science that creates real-world change while replacing animal testing

Leyla Fox

Leyla has been selected as the Lush Customer Judge for 2026. She has a BSc in Molecular Biomedicine and an MSc in Experimental and Clinical Neuroscience.
